It is intended to identify and record visible damp, mould and relevant risk factors. It is not a destructive survey, laboratory test, legal hazard classification, or full building pathology report.

The report provides a clear written record of visible conditions and likely contributing factors at the time of inspection. Responsibility for any follow-up decisions, repairs, escalation or emergency response remains with the landlord or property owner.

  • Reinspection / follow-up visit: £85

  • Agent / repeat-client rates: available by agreement
